I was criticized for needing help of extra person in making boxes whilst I was working on manual packing line number 1. He claimed that it was because I have no enough skills.

Most of the time I had no any extra person for help and I had to catch up on somebody’s work backlog. It affected my work then
I cannot be held responsible for those difficulties
Nobody from the supervisors and team leaders gave me also any critical feedback that something was wrong then
