Dear Mr. Rolliński
On August 12, 2007, I purchased a roller blades (Model 2406), from your website on offer for £19.99 and have used them approximately seven times. I was so satisfied, that I recommended them to many of my friends.
During my last roller skating trip, I noticed that my right blade is feeling strangely unstable. About 15 minutes later one of the back wells felt off , having been ripped from its fastening, causing the whole blade to break down. The following fall also broke the entire plastic surface on the left blade.
Gladly, I did not sustain any serious injury, except for few bruises and scratches, as a result of this incident. My roller blades, however, are left beyond any repair. I had even consulted one of the leading repair specialist in this case, and he had agreed, that this product is a fine example of what he called ,,poor craftsmanship”. If somebody have been involved in more vigorous exercise, the outcome could have resulted in a potentially serious injury or even death.
As it was previously mentioned I bought this roller blades on offer for £19.99 (invoice number 2874225 ), plus the costs of the postage. To resolve the problem, I would like to get a full refund for this purchase. I am enclosing the copies of the receipt, contract and opinion from the workshop.
I am looking forward to a quick resolution of this problem. For any further information please do not hesitate to contact me at the above address or by phone 0700700700 .
Yours faithfully
