This work is an attempt to analyze philosophy of humanity of Albert Camus. The author of the thesis shows vision of human and humanity in philosophers writings. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first chapter says about the absurd man, the main ideas are: freedom, solitude and mortality of individuals. Second part describes revolt as the consequence of absurd. The author of the thesis relates thoughts of Camus to Fyodor Dostoyevskys works. The closure concerns the consequence of revolt, which Albert Camus named “thought of South”. It shows meaning of truth, love, responsibility, virtues and measure of humanity, which describes human nature.
