Another thing is that when people have not got money they can run into debt and later pay them off.
On the other hand, credit cards have also disadvantages. First of all, students may get into debt. When they have too big expenses and they do not control them it makes a lot of problems. Secondly, credit card can be lost and money from account may be stolen. It is also true that banks assess different small fees for banking transactions. For students each penny is important so it is additional financial burden for their budget.
In conclusion, there are many pros and cons of possessing credit cards for students. The decision of whether to have account in bank and use plastic money or keep cash in sock remains a matter of personal choice.
