1. Introduction

In my example company A producing fabrics took over firm B which it sews clothes. Despite that they act in one market, the style of management is different. Firm B is family-own company with friendly atmosphere of work, and firm B is modern firm set on revenue.

2.Problems

When company buys other company, people feel fear and uncertaint future. Waiting for them changes are main factors of these feeling . In practice those changes very often bring them trouble. The workers are afraid the different style of management and the reduction of vacancies. The attitude of management of acquiring company firm, cultural differences, lack of information about direction of integration also are the important factors fear before changes.

The workers of enterprisee B fear the change organization of work , the firm A can require quicker production of clothes, which joins with fall quality of products. They don't know where company is going, there is no informations about new strategy. Many members of stuff are looking for new jobs.People are afraid that new management will reduce employment and pays.


3. Practical suggestions for improving the situation.
Changes have to be planned very carefully. The most important factor of good functioning firm are people, and the most attention should be directed on them.

Here several hints which facilitate changes:

- transparent principles of new style of management and strategy
- organization trainings acquainting with introduced changes
- gradual introduce changes in structure of firm
- respect and leniency for workers
- help for laid off workers( briefing , grant, the courses)
