The aim of this thesis is to show the place and the role of instruments of promotion mix in service enterprise. The first chapter describes short history of marketing of services and specific of services. The second chapter deals further marketing orientation, marketing research and segmentation of market of services. The third chapter describes the individual instruments of promotion mix. The fourth chapter shows Service offer Promar - International and strategy. The fifth chapter presents proposal of direction of development.


Celem pracy jest przedstawienie roli i miejsca instrumentów promocji mix w przedsiębiorstwie usługowym. W pierwszym rozdziale została przedstawiona historia marketingu usług oraz specyfika usług. Drugi rozdział ukazuje orientacje marketingową, badania marketingowe oraz segmentację rynku usług. Trzeci rozdział zawiera charakterystykę poszczególnych instrumentów promocji mix. Rozdział czwarty ukazuje ofertę usługową Promar - International oraz jej strategię. Natomiast rozdział piąty przedstawia propozycję kierunków rozwoju.
