I'm writing to complain about travel bus organised by your coach agency which take place in 5th July when I travel to London.
First of all in your brochure you promised taht travel be very comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to share chair with person who was drunk, some chairs was dirty and everywhere was rubbish. I'm embaressed it.
The next thing was price whhich was too high. In your contract write that price bd depand from quantity person but I find out that driver don't know about it and I must pait full price ticket.
You can imagine how I'm very dissatisfied and I demand a partial refund of the money I paid for the travel.
