Have you ever thought about stereotypes? No? So that’s time to think about so much important thing!
Probably you do not know how stereotypes can be unfair. For example, it’s generally believed that Poles are thieves. Or Russians are drinkers. Most of people thinks that German women are not beautiful. Why? Who knows? Are these above – mentioned opinions real? Not at all. So w how people can find out that these stereotypes are not true?
If you want to know the truth about all of these nations, you have to start travelling! Go to Holland. You, naturally, find out that most of Dutchmen are not addicts. You will learn that they are very accurate in their work. When you will visit Ukraine or Russia, you’ll see that Ukrainian and Russians are not only dealing with drinking vodka. Sometimes thay reaches for wine. But joking aside, these nations are pretty good dancers and singers.
If you want to get rid of your unfair stereotypes, you should learn about the culture of the country. You can go to their museums or art galleries. You also can visit their temples: synagouges, churchs, mosques. But most of all, you should meet people. Talking with them, helping them.
I think these things can help you change your unjust mind about. So, just start travelling, and the world will become better!
