It is said that “Romeo and Juliet“, which was written by William Shakespeare, is the most famous love tragedy. The drama takes place in XVI century Italy in Verona and tells the story of two kins-the Montagues and the Capulets, which have lived in a conflict for many years. The representative of the families- Romeo and Juliet fall in love with each other.
The plot evolves around the full of turbulent events. The love which inflicts pain makes the strength of love stronger. Despite a ban of families, they decide to be together. Stubborn and disobedient, Romeo and Juliet tend to hurt their families.
The tragedy masterfully presents the life of the lovers and a story of their romance. (A) Delightful and gripping plot, allows you move to sixteenth century Verona and observe the tragedy of lovers like a witness. Reading the play, you notice excellent dialogues and magnificent creations of characters. For a small group of readers the play can be a bit unbelievable and a naive story of love but the bigger part of them will notice Shakespeare's masterpiece. Only after reading the tragedy, did I realise what true love is. Should you read this play, you would fall in love with it.
I think it is worth reading “Romeo and Juliet”. It should be read by people who want to see the power of love and a mastery of tragedy style. If you read this play, you will not regret the time devoted to this.
