Formal Letter - complaining about...
: 20 lis 2010, 21:31
Dear Sir or Madame,
I am writing to you to complain about your poor service of Capital Rail. I found an information about possibility of demanding the rail voucher to value of 50% of journey made, if someone was delayed for more than one hour. According to this opportunity I would like to express my discontent and expectation of compensation for that negligence.
Firstly, I would like to emphasize the fact that almost every day, your trains are delayed by bad weather. To my way of thinking it is unacceptable, because all of commuters will finally become discourage to Capital Rail. Owing to being every day late to work or school, status of your company service is decreasing and users of it are seldom pleased.
Secondly, according to my situation, I paid nearly 1000 £ for my English classes, which take place in London ( 30 minutes by Capital Rail from my hotel ), but unfortunately I cannot be present at the beginning of classes, cause your trains are always delayed. Last week, exactly at Monday, the train was 1 hour 20 minutes after the time it should be.
In conclusion, needless to say, I should be given compensation of the tickets I bought. What is more, I insist that you should reimburse me the part of the cost of my English classes. I hope that my request will be positively accepted for both of us.
Yours Faithfully, ZYX
