Are men better managers than women?
Men are better managers because we are less emotional than a women. Men have accurate expectations, which makes working with them is simpler. Men are more conversant and determined. Men are able to make decisions quickly independently based on their experience and rational arguments. Men management style is based on communication and partnership. We focus on work and their responsibilities. Men does not bring problems from home to work. Men are not as jealous as women.
Women are not better or worse managers than men, are just other managers , another is their style of management and leadership . Women have many traits that allow them to be a good manager. Women are praised for their determination, divided attention and effectiveness in action. They are able to admit to the error to its employees and ask for help and rely on the support of other. They are persistent and consistent in the pursuit of success. More often than men after another defeat did not give up and try to better prepare. But in most cases, lack of clarity and decisiveness. Managers, women are more guided by intuition and often building its success based on their desire for order. They are open to new challenges and interested in their self-development and continued growth in competence.
I can’t say who is a better manager. Both men and women have a skills to be a good manager. Everything depends on the skills and personality of the person. A good manager is not a man or woman but the right person at the right place.
