Witam, mam prośbę, czy mógłby ktoś sprawdzić poprawność zadania, które mam oddać na poniedziałek.

Mam napisać memo do gościa ponieważ klienci piszą, ż e dostają pomylone książ ki (nie te co zamówili).
oto treść:
she asks you tp write a memo, under her name, to Harry Holland, Supervisor of the Packing Departmen. "Be tactful", she says. "Ask Harry to have customers orders checked twice before posting them. If he need extra staff he should make an appointment trough you to see me. Ask if he has any problems of procedure, lazy staff or any other difficulties. tell him I appreciate how hard he works but must satisfy the customers at all costs".
Moje pogrupowanie odnośnie wagi rzeczy jest następujące:
1. checked twice
2. Problems
3. New staff
4. Satisfy customers
5. Appreciate his work

Tell the employee that they have to double check customers orders before posting them. If you have any problems with staff, procedure or other plaease inform me. In case if you need new staff make an appointment to see me.
These suggestions is for clients care, because all of them must be satisfy. Certeinly I appreciate your work up to now.
