I am just wondering what the following sentence mean? Not just literally, but in global meaning. It is from Harry Potter and the goblet of fire.

"Always thought he was odd," she told the eagerly listening villagers, after her fourth sherry. "Unfriendly, like. I'm sure if I've offered him a cuppa once, I've offered it a hundred times. Never wanted to mix, he didn't."

Thank you very much for any of your impressions.

As far as I understand he means that he offered him a cup of tea not only once but a hundred times. I remember this part from Polish HP, it's about Riddle's gardener isn't it? Anyway thats how they translated it to polish. I hope that helps
cheers
