If any act, omission or neglect of the Tenant or any of its employees, invitees, agents, representatives and contractors and their respective guests and invitees causes any damage to person or property then neither the Landlord nor the manager of the Building shall be liable to the Tenant or to its agents, servants, employees, invitees, sub-tenants, assignees and their successors and assigns, customers or visitors and anyone acting by, through or under the Tenant for such damage and the Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the Landlord and the manager of the Building harmless from any liability and claims for any such damage irrespective of whether or not the same is covered by the insurance

eli jakiekolwiek działanie, brak działania lub zaniedbanie Najemcy lub jego pracowników, gości, agentów, przedstawicieli bądź współpracowników albo odpowiednio ich gości spowoduje jakąkolwiek szkodę względem osoby lub rzeczy, to zarówno Wynajmujący jak i zarządca budynku nie ponosi odpwiedzialności przed Najemcą ani jego agentami, służ

nie od tego czy odpowiedzialność taka jest bądź nie jest pokryta przez ubezpieczenie.
