I have one small problem with my neighbour. When I start to read a book, then he start to play a guitar. When I go to sleep, then noise is more loudly. I'm nervous. I can't sleep and I have sick headache. My wife constantly sream to me. I have enough this situation. Can you talk with her, tell him something. If he don't stop to play guitar, I will move out.
