To moja próbna wersja przemówienia. bardzo proszę o pomoc w nadaniu mu rąk i nóg... wiem, ż
e będzie w nim mnóstwo błędów, niestety, taki mój poziom... z góry bardzo dziękuję za wszelką pomoc, choćby częściową
Every day somebody is becoming a victim of a some kind of unkindness, disrespect or ignorance. Clerk officers, shop assistants, nurses or librarians- all of them are able to make one;s life difficult. Such situations are so common, that it is perceived as natural.
Is this still normal, if responsible for regular humiliation and confuse is not an individual, but administrative system?
We gain today to enunciate our contradiction. Students of Jagiellonian University could not longer remind silent, when impersonal Faculty Council, Commission of Teaching or any other administrative unit turn a deaf ear to a student's problems.
What we are struggle for? Not for special privileges, not for any exclusive amenities. We only demand treating students as an adult person!
We cannot accept forming an unclear rules, which are even changing within being in force.
We cannot accept disregarding motions made by majority of students, and renewing for years.
We cannot accept holding students responsible for bureaucracy mistakes.
We cannot accept attempt at subordinating our plans, future and life to administrative formality.
I had a dream. I had a faith in University Institution. I was believed, that praiseworthy tradition of Jagiellonian University would be guarantee observance of the law of individual person.
It is difficult to have this faith now. But we can change that. We are bound to do everything to make our Academy more humane.
