Duties:organizing and assuring the menagement of all processes under your responsibility: from food supplies to service: craeting a good working atmosphere, coordinatind and motivating the kitchen staff; ensuring that the dishes served are of high quality and thet they delight our guests.

leadership; ability to delegate; responsiveness excellent financial management skills; adaptability; teaching and motivational skills; creativity
The suitable candidate should have:
vocational qualification or diploma in cookery; significantprevious kitchen experience and literacy; familiarity with HACCP atandards
