Please help me. How to make it more formal?
“From the earliest years of my life I was helping on the family farm, which I run nowadays together with my father.”
I’d be grateful if you managed to enter, somehow, into the sentence(s) that “I’m accustomed to work” (hard - though I'd prefer not to exagerate) or sth like that.

właśnie miałem się poprawidź z "i've been", ale myślałem raczej o 'I had been'( robie czarno robotę i jeszcze za papiery też… od czasu do czasu muszę się chwycić , bo ojczulek ich nie trawi). co o tym myślisz? No i ten trzykropek... to on będzie wporządku?

a na ile 'I've been' jest formalne :-)?
