XXX Ltd has a pleasure to present the price offer for constructions
and furnishing works related to building up a detached one family house type
ZBYSZKO in Krakow in POLAND.
Our offer includes:
1. Preparing the constructions detailed design (structural branch) and a
detailed design of all installations
2. Organisation of building site
3. Earth works and foundation
4. Building constructions (walls, lintels, concrete elements etc.)
5. Roof construction and roofing (includes: dry wall ceiling and thermal
insulation)
6. Inside finishing works (cladding, painting, ceramic tiles, windows, doors,
etc.)
7. Facade (thermal insulation, plaster etc.)
8. Installations (electric, plumbing, water-supply, fire alarm etc.)
9. Furnishing (bathroom, kitchen, rooms etc.)
TOTAL PRICE : xxx xxx PLN
All works, covered by total price, are described in details in the
attachement - "Technical description of ZBYSZKO house ".
A house price has been estimated on the assumption that in a determined
period of time a housing estate composed of 15 iterated houses is built.
Our offer is based on the assumption that the investor provides the materials, elements and documentation listed below. Our offer doesn’t include cost of:
- design and putting up water-supply, plumbing and electricity connection to
local net,
- building permit,
- building site fence (the offer includes only cost of installment
works),
- earth works,
- layer of compacted aggregates in granulation: 0-32 mm (the offer includes only cost of execution),
- final certificate and certificate of occupancy (use) for the house,
- building site infrastructure (one office cabin, one storage container, one sanitary cabin and crew cabins: one cabin for 8-10 workers),
- staff accommodation during performing constructions and furnishing works.
In case our offer was amended with the aforementioned elements it will be
necessary to estimate its price anew
