Help me, please!!! In order to pass the course in translation I have to translate The law of California. And I've stuck!
The sentence is as follows:
A person will be prosecuted if he/she: Assists any person in physically removing a child from the State of California in order to obstruct the application of notofication.
I don't know how to translate the ending: OBSTRUCT THE APPLICATION OF NOTIFICATION.
