moje pytanie odnośnie powyższego zdania,
dlaczego jest napisane be resloved a nie will be resolved??

Innymi słowami:

"repeatedly insisted that the dispute be resolved diplomatically"
= "powtórnie nalegał, żeby spór został rozwiązany dyplomatycznie."

"repeatedly insisted that the dispute will be resolved diplomatically"
= "powtórnie upierał się, że spór zostanie rozwiązany dyplomatycznie."

PS. warto zauważyć, że w zdaniu zawsze jest słowo "that" przed czasownikiem w trybie łączącym (z wyjątkiem tych żadko używanych idiomów).
