I am writing in reference to your advertisement offering participation in word support programme. Me and my friend are very interested in voluntary work and your offer appeals to us. However, I would like to ask you about a few issues.
First of all, where do you organise the volunteer programmes? Could you name a couple of places? It would help me to work out what communities would I have to work with. I also wonder what is the average age of your volunteer workers.
Another thing is, what kind of help do you provide? Would we work with children or the elderly? I would also like to know what skills are particularly useful.
Moreover, I have some doubts about financial issues. Is this true that no cost are involved? What about food and travel costs? Are they also free?
