How are you? Thanks for your letter. It was a nice surprise to hear from your again after o many months. I'm sorry I haven't written for so long.
I writte because I have had last the exposition about healthy eating. Lead it Doctor Anna Janik. the conversation had been organised on 25th September in my school. Doctor said that we should reduce calories and cut down on sweets, cakes and chocolate. First of all we should have a sensible diet – eat as much low-fat food as possible: chicken, fish and yogurt becouse they are good for as. We must give up smoking! And finally we should keep fit and stay in shape. Jagging and swimming are good idea. Thanks to that we will be slim and athletic.
But firstly we should don’t go to bet late becouse if you don’t get enough sleep you will lack energy and age faster. Secondly we should don’t eat between meals , it’s the fastest way to put on weight. Finally we should don’t be a fitness fanatic.I thing the Tips are very good. that Doctor have right and one should listen him. At the beginning I will go jogging every morning. I hope that you will use these ideas.
