I am writing to complain about a thirty pen that can “read your mind" which I bought from your company two weeks ago.
When I received a parcel from you it turned out that I get only fifteen pen and only five of them are working. I am afraid that defective pen did not work property from the start and I am not blame for what happened. I make contact with one of yours dealers in my town but they (spławili mnie ) so I would also like to complain about yours employers. His behavior was rather unfriendly and unhelpful.
I am going to send all this pen to you and I demand a full refund.

Cześć. 'Reklamacja' jest 'claim for refund' albo 'complaint' a 'reklamacja pisemna' jest 'letter of complaint.' 'Spławili mnie' to 'got rid of me' albo 'brushed me aside.' Moż…na takie hasła znaleźć na http://www.ling.pl/content.php4?name=tlumacze

Jeż…eli to jest business letter, to powinno być 'Dear Sir or Madam:'
Lepiej "read one's mind" zamiast "read your mind" jak to ma być formalne.
poza tym następujące odcinki potrzebują być poprawione:

uwaga na liczbę pojedynczą/mnogą

Ciekawą frazą na 'spławianie kogoś' jest też… 'give sb the brush-off' (od phrasal verb 'brush sb off', który oznacza czynność nieco bardziej nieuprzejmą niż… 'brush sb aside'). Tak czy inaczej, 'spławienie' nie jest stosownym słowem do formalnego listu

Jak już… mówimy o potocznym spławianiu to moż…e jeszcze

a w tym liście to lepiej uż…yć "ignored" albo nawet "did not respond"

'cut sb dead' to bym raczej przetłumaczył kolokwialnie 'nie przyznawać się do kogoś' (udawać, ż…e się nie go nie zna / nie widzi). W relacji klient-sprzedawca jakoś mi to nie pasuje, chyba ż…e poszedł do sklepu i udawali, ż…e go nie widzą, albo zadzwonił i się nie odzywali

Wracając do 'naszej' reklamacji i zwrotów stosownych na tę okoliczność, dorzucę od siebie 'they refused to help me'.

nie, nie, moje przykłady nie miały mieć nic związanego z relacją klient-sprzedawca ani ż…adną inną, miały tylko na celu przedstawianie sposobów wciskania kitu w celu spławienia kogoś czyli totalną ignorancję o!

The defective pens did not work properly from the start and I will not accept any responsibility for it as I used them correctly.
