I am writing to complain about a MP3 player which I bought in your shop last month. When I brought it home, my dad discovered that one earphone was too loose. On addition, I find it difficult to control the volume. Sometimes, the music is very loud and then it go quiet. I took him back to the shop to replace it but the shop assistant wasn’t very kindly. She said it was too late and I should have complained within three days of buying the MP3. Finally, I convinced the staff that I should have the equipment repaired for free. They agreed but said it would take two months! I would like to use my MP3 now. Therefore, I would be satisfied if I can get a refund or have the MP3 repaired within two weeks.
