Post of part-time sports shop assistant
I am writing in response to your advertisement, which was published in "The Guardian" connected with a holiday job offer. I am very interested in it and I would like to apply for the position of sports shop assistant
I am interested in sport since I remember. Two years ago, I worked for two months as a ballboy in local football team. There I had close contact with a football. Last summer I worked as a shop assistant in local sports store, so I have an experience as a seller. My responsibilities there included serving customers and helping them with choosing the sports equipment.
I think that I am perfect person for this job because I have a valuable experience with dealing with the public, what more I have great knowledge, what is the best for beginner and professional athletes.
I consider myself to be conscientious, polite, hard-working and thoughtful. According to customers, I am giving good advices. If necessary, I can supply references from the previous store, where I worked before.
I would like to work part-time, from nine to one. If my application is succesful, I will be available to start work immediately.
Do I have to come to an interview?
