I am writing to concern about my last Holiday, which took place on Atlantic Island three weeks ago.
Despite the great weather and all the facilities in the hotel, this holiday was totally disappointing. All my summer was spoilt because of bad sore throat, which I got after swimming in the polluted sea water. It took me a weeks to cure this unpleasant infection.
It would not have happen if I had been given information on the condition of the Atlantic Island Beaches. In fact, information I got was totally misleading. If I had known the facts earlier, I would not had swum in the ocean and I would not had got this ailment.
In your advertisement, you assure that the water is not polluted and it is as clean as it was in ancient times. But facts are different. Scientifics report says that sea-water in the Atlantic Island are more and more polluted. Apparently, since 1995 number of safe and clean beaches has decreased two times. Unfortunately, at the same time, quantity of heavy polluted water has doubled. Results of the research are very sad and worrying.
I am not sure whether you knew or not about this research, but I am sure that your advertisement should be changed. Information given misguide and may cause serious health problems, just like in my case. I am sure that welfare of tourist is the priority for you and that you will do everything to supply people with necessary knowledge about water pollution.
