Mam zdanie do ktorego musze uzyc czasu past simple lub present perfect. I mam maly dylemacik. Moglby ktos pomoc i wyjasnic czemu taki czas?!

1. I (look) _____ into the problem, and appears that the catalogue (be) ____ out of date.

2. This is not the firs time that we (have) ___ problems with the shipping company. Three months ago they (lose) ___ a consignment completly and they still (not/find) ___ out what happened to it.

Czy nie chodzilo o wstawienie present perfect/past simple?
