I am writing to you in order to express my disappointment relating to a book which I ordered on the Internet.The book I ordered was damaged and was not delivered on time.
I am writing, because I want to replace my book In addition, I ordered my book two months ago, but it was only delivered few days ago.
I am unhappy with the condition of the book which is badly damaged,
also I ordered the English version of the book but I received the Polish version .
Please explain why I had to wait for two months for the delivery of the book
I look forward to a positive response from you and a prompt replacement of my book.
