Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to complain about the service I have received from your company, since I ordering a book 'green mile' 12th September.
To begin with, in your electronic-side I read, that delivery of books be maximum seven days. Unluckily, I must waited twenty days. In the meantime I sent you e-mail, but I didn't get any answer.
Moreover, book was not properly packed. When I received it, I was shocked to find it torn and dirty.
In addiction, when I was starting to read book, I spoted, that it didn't has a few pages ! I was extremaly annoyed.
Finally, I insist on full refund or I will be forced to take some further action.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
