Ex works (EXW) is a Incoterm. It means, that the seller has the goods ready for collection at his factory on the date agreed upon. The buyer pays all transportation costs.

Po polsku slownik podaje taka definicje:

Tylko sie nie pytaj co to dokladnie znaczy, bo sie na tym nie znam

Xeo, Twój pierwszy post był trafniejszy --> INCOTERMS to jest słowo klucz

delivery is effected ex works znaczy, że dostawa będzie odbywała się na zasadzie EXW/zgodnie ze standardem/regułą EXW warunków dostaw Incoterms 2000, czyli ryzyko utraty/pogorszenia rzeczy i tytuł prawny przechodzą na nabywcę w momencie odbioru rzeczy od dostawcy "spod jego drzwi". Jest to konstrukcja najbardziej korzysna dla dostawcy, nie musi się on martwić o to co mogłoby się stać z towarem w czasie transportu, nie musi go ubezpieczać etc. Samo EXW bądź ex works będzie zrozumiałe dla prawnika/handlowca i nie musisz tego tłumaczyć w sposób opisowy. Warunków Incoterms jest mnóstwo DDP/DDU/DAF etc., każdy inaczej rozkłada ryzyko i obowiązki dostawcy/nabywcy, zobacz np strony:
