The "Partners" means all the individuals who are parties hereto at the date hereof and shall include, from the respective dates upon which any other individuals by the addition of their names and addresses to the schedule annexed hereto such other individual or individuals, and shall unless the context otherwise requires exclude any such individual being a former partner of the business who shall have ceased for whatsoever reason to be a partner thereof.
