Schwa bardziej wymawia się jak "y" w ang i niem. Pozdr

schwa dla polskiego ucha brzmi roznie, zaleznie od polozenia danej gloski w wyrazie. rzecz w tym, ze nie mozna tej gloski porownywac do zadnych polskich, bo nie istnieje w polskim jej odpowiednik.

in english: it is front, short but definitely longer than others short vowels. Read:

bad - zły and bed - łóż…ko.

Precisely you will not read the first word as clear a, but something between a and b - and in the transcription; there is schwa. Bed - here we've got clear e - to say it in english you have to spread your lips.

You can see schwa in words as : flat; bad, ass, acting, fancy, grammar.

You have to train it to say it correctly.
